  1. Hello blogger, i must say you have high quality content here.
Your blog should go viral. You need initial traffic only.

  2. I’ve got a question for everybody here. I want to go back to Richmond. Stage 1 and Stage 2 were 100 laps each. Let’s say that the fuel window was 90 laps. Let’s say that you’re either someone who already has a win like a Jimmie Johnson or you’re someone so far back in points like Junior. After seeing what 17 lap fresher tires did for Elliot Sadler in the NXS race, wouldn’t you be tempted to pit as soon as you get in the fuel window around Lap 10, take two tires and fuel, and try to outpace everybody for the remainder of the stage? Sure, the caution could come and screw you, but if you’ve got nothing to lose, why not gamble? I’d rather be a little faster than everybody else for 80 laps than be a lot faster for just 10 laps. If Greg took gambles like this, I’d be fine with it even if it didn’t work completely out. I could at least take to heart that the payoff had it worked would have been huge.

  3. Interesting piece on NASCAR.Com by Steve O’Donnell. its a short vid lamenting NASCAR’s great race at Talladega… He talks about the fan presence and full seats at the track, yet never once does he reference most are there to see Dale Jr in his last Spring Race, the real reason for the virtual sell out…… Shame, but then you just cannot fix Stupid…… it is what it is

  4. Not sure how much more I can watch of the ” Greg Ivesgotnoclue & his band of Idiots Show”…..it really is painful to watch these clowns trash Junior’s career in his final season….and he bears some blame for his attitude if he lies to the team the way he lies to his fans.

  5. I didn’t watch Junior’s periscope after the race. I couldn’t. I didn’t want to. I saw that the title was, “What the Luck,” and instantly knew that I would be even more annoyed had I watched it. It’s just getting to the point where you’re just like, “Dude, it can’t be bad luck every week.” I read on Twitter from people who did watch it, and they said he blamed it on the air gun. Apparently, it was similar to what happened at Atlanta. Personally, I find it funny that the #88 is the only HMS car I remember having this problem. Even if that’s true about the air gun, it still doesn’t explain why they didn’t come in under a earlier caution and get that wheel fixed after Junior continuously complained about it!

    1. Yeah I don’t understand the reason for him not coming in much sooner to get it diagnosed. I also find it annoying that the team didn’t notice anything with the left rear throughout the race after multiple pit stops. Ughhhh.

      1. The reason that you don’t understand is because there ISN’T a good reason to not come down pit road and get it fixed. It’s not like he was leading. After the final cycle of green flag stops, Junior came over the radio and said that he had a vibration. Then, there was the caution for Ryan Blaney. Junior was running in 11th. They didn’t have him pit. Why? Who knows?! Hell, he wasn’t even running in the Top 10. He wouldn’t have lost that much track position by pitting. It was the perfect opportunity to pit and they blew it. Honestly, it goes with Greg’s pit calls all day. Denny Hamlin pits with a few laps to go in Stage 1, stays out on the caution, and wins Stage 2. Dale is running in 18th with a few laps left in Stage 2. Does Greg do the same as Denny in Stage 1? Nope. Why? Hell if I know. This is why it annoys me when Junior talks about bad luck. Being stupid isn’t bad luck.

    2. Dale Jr stated on periscope that the problem in Atlanta was due to the glue that holds lugs on built up on the studs making it hard to get the lugs tight. The issue today was totally different and they were leaning towards “air gun failure”. Evidently they are going to inspect the air gun today at the shop but that doesn’t help us now. To be honest this was the first I heard of the glue problem but it just adds to the long list of blunders this team has had and it shows no signs of getting better . For the life of me I can’t understand why Mr.H hasn’t stepped in by now and and made some changes with this team. This is my opinion and unless something miraculous happens between now and October… Greg Ives to me will be the one that I will always believe drove Dale Jr into retirement !!!

        1. I don’t believe that excuse either.
The glue is the same as it’s ever been. I use the stuff myself.
It’s 3M weatherstrip adhesive and it’s still made the same as it has for decades.
You can’t put that stuff on too thick as it’s almost as thin as water.
His crewman is making up a BS excuse for not hitting the lug nuts hard enough with the air gun. Trying for speed more than tight.
This same crap has been going on now into a 3rd year now.

Time is past to fire the defective rear tire changer.

  6. its almost like there tring to tarnish his carrer, buy just not giving a shit , not paying attention or even tring to win , just like going through the motions to make us think its just just racing just to be on the track , jr knows he can win at dega , and the team said well thats what he thinks . that s why at the end of this year im done with it .. im just fed up with the bullshit and the greg crew chief crap that make my driver look like and perform like shit , im fed up with jr and the standard the team did a great job today , line , im sure in the back of his head he saying man i cant fuckin wiat to get the fuck away from this substandard bullshit .. i know he is , i sures hell would be , ive quit jobs that paid better money for a better work place ethic .in a fuckin heart beat ,because im worth more and so i jr ..

  7. so jr complains about a loose something all race finally jr says im coming in the find a rear loose wheel needing a spacer to fix the problem and say ive been feeling this all day with 3 laps to go ,the car is right , so i say fire the rear tire changer for being a dumbass , i say it cost us the race jr was running 3rd and could have won on the restart , but back off, what do u do … off to kansas

    1. The part that really pisses me off the most is how this crew do not listen to Junior nor do they seem to investigate Junior’s complaints about the car.
They seem dumb as a post!

It took them that damned long to actually look at the lug studs to find out that the threads were all boogered up from the weak assed job by the rear tire changer?

      1. IF they would have looked at the wheels that they took off, the wheels lug holes would have been wobbled out?

Ives and his men aren’t doing their job right!

      2. Remember when Steve would take the time under caution to make sure a problem was fixed before sending Junior back out? He made sure that Junior wasn’t in any danger. Quite frankly, I’m starting to get really pissed about how often these idiots put Junior in position to get crashed and injured. Hell, Junior wouldn’t have gotten the concussion last year had he not been in shitty cars, racing mid-pack with the idiots.

        1. Given all of you have at least some validity…. maybe this team, Greg included, realizes they are out of a job come Miami….. I suspect neither JRM nor HMS have need for these Key Stone Cops..

IMO there was no excuse for the hub issue today, One had to know, Junior was in trouble when he couldn’t take the lead on Lap 2…. I find it hard to believe 2/1000 of a second mean the #88 was actually slower than the #17… I suspect that same hub issue caused Junior the Poll Saturday…. shame

            1. Exactly and I still do not buy into last week’s BS that Jr was ” to mouthy “…. In the heat of the moment, he was driving a Fork Lift, in Richmond
